Policies for On-Site Training

The following policies apply to on-site and third-party site training. Our policies for public courses differ slightly and are available on a different page.

Class Size

We prefer a limit of twelve participants, however the decision will ultimately be made by the client.


All prices are subject to change. Prices are guaranteed once either a deposit is made or the course is paid in full.


Payment is required three weeks in advance, thus allowing for the instructor's travel arrangements, if any are required, to be made at reasonable rates.


A full refund (minus any incurred expenses) is provided if a cancellation is made at least two weeks in advance. If cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance, you will receive a full credit (minus any incurred expenses) which can be applied to a rescheduled course within the following six calendar months. We will work with you to find a suitable time to reschedule.

Course Cancellation

Although rare, it is possible that on-site training may need to be canceled, due to illness, airline problems (strikes, large weather systems), etc. In such circumstances a full refund will be provided, and we will work with you to reschedule.
